Strategy And Approaches For Treating Endometriosis With Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: 1) To summarize academic thought of the tutor. 2) To investigate the effect and mechanism of Yu's Neiyi recipe and Puerarin on endometriosis. Methods: 1) To follow-up the clinical practice, communicate with the tutor and read the tutor's articles. 2) Yu's Neiyi recipe was administered in 48 patients with endometriosis in including 20 cases of infertility. 2) Endometriosis model was established using SD rats. The regulatory effect of Puerarin on endometriotic angiopoiesis and tumor related gene expression were observed by Chick Chorioallantoic Membrane experiment and gene array. Results: 1) The academic thought of the tutor: to raise the viewpoint of life network which regulate life activity. 2)Yu's Neiyi recipe total efficacy of in 48 patients with endometriosis was 93.75%, and the pregnant rate was 75% in 20 infertility patients. 3)Puerarin inhibited endometriotic tissue growth. Puerarin suppressed aromatase p450 expression, reduced estrogen autocrine and angiopoiesis, and reglutated tumor related gene expression and facilitated apoptosis in endometriotic tissue.Conclusion: 1) The academic thought of tutor may guide the clinical pratice and scientific research. 2)Yu's Neiyi recipe not only improves the symptoms and signs of patients with endometriosis significantly, but also makes a good regulation on patients' ovary function. 3) Puerarin is effective on endometriosis.
