The dissertation was to explore the rats'syndrome model of stagnation of live and deficiency of spleen (GYPX) which was made by the method of compound causes of disease according to the TCM's theory of attack, clinical manifestation and some physiological and pathological characteristics of some modern diseases about this syndrome and to acquire the Chinese syndrome and some biological characteristics of this model through observing many targets about the nerve-endocrine-immunity system; On these achievements, we observed and compared similarities and differences of action of Chaihushugansan, Sijunzitang and Chaishusijuntang which had the respective function of soothing liver, invigorating spleen and soothing liver and invigorating spleen on GYPX model and probed into the associated character and partial modern biological basis of these associate between the effectiveness of the three prescriptions and the model of disease and syndrome on the condition of different prescription on the same syndrome. So the dissertation was to provide substantial basis for further revealing and exploring the logic proposition of correlation between prescription and syndrome. The dissertation contains of documental summarization and experimental study. Research evolutions of clinic and experiment about GYPX, Chaihushugansan, Sijunzitang and Chaishusijuntang were summed up. The change of the NEI network of GYPX model and the effect on the change of NEI network and the function of stomach intestine of the model made by Chaihushugansan, Sijunzitang and Chaishusijuntang and the function of regulation on the change of HPTA, energy metabolism and blood circulation of the model made by Chaishusijuntang were discussed.Research 1: the establish of GYPX modelMethods: The rats were assigned to two groups randomly: the normal group (norm), the model group of stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen (GYPX), 40 rats in each group. The rats of model group were established by chronic astricting, excess fatigue and out of constant diet on rats for constant three weeks and stopping doing on them in the 4th week. The...
