| Objective: To analyze the changes in gender, age, profession of cholelithiasis patients in Nankai hospital during the last 5 yearso Methods: 14836 cholelithiasis cases who were hospitalized in Tianjin Nankai hospital were classified into five groups according to years. Gender, age, profession and location of cholelithiasis were analyzed respectively. Results: The ratio of cholelithiasis patients in the total patients is higher than others. The distribution of gender, age, profession, location of cholelithiasis were obviously different, respectively. There was no difference about days of hospitalization between open cholecystectomy group and laparoscopic cholecystectomy group. However, the charge of the patients who were performed LC were more expensive than those who were performed OC. Conclusion: We should pay more attention to the cholelithiasis . |
