In this article, the systematic researches were made on the pharmacognosy of Penis et Testis Cervi. Part One: The Study of IdentificationIn this part, the some characteristics, which on macroscopical property, microscopical structure, X-ray diffration, SDS-PAGE, and HPLC in crude drugs Penis et Testis Cervi from different species and place of origin, were difined to identify Penis et Testis Cervi themselves and their confused species, such as character of glans penis, range between the wrinkles, range between the hair cuticle wrinkles, the law of geometric topological of X-ray diffration , both SDS-PAGE fingerprint and HPLC fingerprint from crude drugs Penis et Testis Cervi.
