| Study Purpose:study the reason and mechanism of Chest Impediment whose nutrient and defensive are hurt under the background that pathogenic factors and flaring up characteristics have changed nowdays.Study the intention of theory"For those people whose heart is hurt we should mediate the nutrient and the defensive".Observe the curative effect of Tiaoxin Yin under the curative method "antipyretic detoxify and unobstructing vessel,mediating the nutrient and the defensive".Study the mechanism that it intervenes immune hurt of Coronary Heart Disease. Study method:1. Unstable angina patients are randomly devided into two groups:Tiaoxin Yin group (57patients , treated by Tiaoxin Yin and common westen medicine)and common westen medicine group(52 patients , treated by common medicine).Observe clinical curative effect and the change of immune targets such as TNF, IL-1, CRP.2.Experiment Study:Atherosclerotic rabbits models are made by feeding hyperlipid + hyper- cysteine foods.Those groups are devided into several groups : high dose Tiaoxin Yin group , lose dose Tiaoxin Yin group , compound danshen dropping pill group , the model group.After feeding drugs for two monthes observe the progress of plaque with half-quantitative analysis ; measure long diameter , short diameter and thickness of ventricle ; observe NK-KB , MMP-2 in slice of aortic arch , observe NF-KB ,CD31 in myocardial slice with Irnmunohistochemical quantitatively technique ; analyse factors' positive express with computer image method. Study Result:1.Clinical Study:The obvious effective rate of Tiaoxin Tin group curing angina is 56.1%;total effective rate is 82.5% ; the obvious effective rate of EKG is 10.5% ; the total effective rate is 52.6% ; the obvious effective rate of TCM syndromes is 64.9% ; the total effective rate is 89.4%;the stopping medicine effect of nitrates is 26.3% ; the stopping or reducing rate is 66.7% .And all are better than those of common westen medicine group.The inflammatory factors levels in blood of unstable angina patients are higher than those of healthy people.The dropping degree of theory group is larger than that of control group after theory.And the difference is significant.2.Experimental Study :2.1 The atherosclerotic plaque degree of Tiaoxin Tin group is lighter than that of model controlled group.2.2 The positive rate express of NF-KB , myocardial NF-KB in blood vessel :model controlled group>compound danshen dropping pill group>high,low dose Tiaoxin Tin group>the control group.2.3 Thickness/long diameter , thickness/short diameter of all groups animals:the model control group , the compound danshen dropping pill group>high , low dose Tiaoxin Yin group>the control group.2.4 The density of myocardial microvessel : high , low dose Tiaoxin Yin group>the compound danshen dropping pill group >the model control group.Study Conclusion:1 .Clinical and experimental students prove:Today the most important improvement of CHD mechanism is : heat toxin hurts the nutrient and the defensive of vessels;the defensive is strong and the nutrient is weak;the nutrient and the defensive are both hurt after a long time,heat toxin hurts vessels,the nutrient and the defensive are not moderate.The curative method is "antipyretic detoxify and unobstructing vessel".The curative drug is Tiaoxin Yin.2.Tiaoxin Tin has defensive curative effect .It can lower TNF,IL-1,CRP levels in vessel by restraining NF-KB in vessel wall and myocardial from expressing , restraining metal-based protein enzyme from expressing.It can mediate stimulated immune inflammatory respond,elaborate the effect of restraining plqque progress and plosion , restraining myocardium hypertrophy,improving myocardial supply.3."Mediate the nutrient and the defensive for those whose heart is hurt" has positive guide effect for CHD treatment."Antipyretic detoxify and unobstructing vessel,mediatingthe nutrient and the defensive "is the richness and progress to its theory combined with flaring up characteristics . |
