Standardization Of Differentiation Of Syndromes And Experiment Research Of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

1.Discussed the law of syndromes of chronic ulcerative colitis by investigating the related literature in ancient and modern times systemically.2.Studied the syndromes characteristic of chronic ulcerative colitis with Chinese medical science calculate diagnostication by clinic investigation.The results showed:1)．In the deficiency syndromes of chronic ulcerative colitis suffererhs, deficiency of Spleen-Qi is the most frequently and the most principal syndrome；damp-heat and damp-heat with stasis is the most frequently syndrome of excess syndromes；Damp-heat,damp-heat with stasis and stagnation of Qi are the most frequently of deficiency of Spleen-Qi.2)． Deficiency of Qi and damp-heat,deficiency of Qi and damp-heat with stagnancy of blood and stagnation of Qi and damp-heat with stagnancy of blood are the most frequently complex syndromes of chronic ulcerative colitis suffererhs. 3.Studied the syndromes characteristic of chronic ulcerative colitis with clinic investigation and system cluster analysis, The results showed:1)．By means of syndrome cluster,the syndrome of Ulcerative colitis can be divided into four kinds which is the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and damp-heat,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,stagnancy of Qi and blood and deficiency of Yin and stagnancy of blood. 2)．The chief symptoms of deficiency of Qi are lack of appetite,general lassitude,sallow complexion. The chief symptoms of damp-heat are diarrhea regularity,bloody pus in stools,tenesmus,burning sensation in the anus,a yellow,stick coating on the tongue . The chief symptoms of stagnancy of Qi and blood are the depressed,abdominal distention,a dark red tongue,tongue with ecchymosis,catamenia repulsion or elongation. The chief symptoms of deficiency of Yin are the constipation regularity,a feverish sensation in palms,soles and the heart region,night sweats,coated tongue,a thready pulse. The chief symptoms of Yang deficiency of spleen and Kidney are the pallor,abdominal pain fond of press,aversion to cold ,cold limbs ,pale tongue.4.Combining the investigation result of calculate diagnosticate and system cluster analysis,think that deficiency of spleen-Qi is the main reason of chronic ulcerative colitis ,damp-heat,stagnancy of Qi,stagnancy of blood is the pathology agent of chronic ulcerative colitis which is caused by damp-heat with stasis in large intestine,deficiency of Yin,Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney.Damp-heat,stasis,deficiency of spleen-Qi is the cardinal cause of disease and pathogenesis of chronic ulcerative colitis which transfixes the disease as the committed roles.5.By means of animal experiment investigation of the treatment to the animal model of chronic ulcerative colitis by clearing up heat and dampness and invigorating Qi and removing stagnancy and stasis of blood,the results showed:The drug granules of Jia-wei-qing-bo can decrease content of MDA in Colon constitution and expression of solubitwlity interleukin-receptor(SIL-2R)in serum and content of IgG in serum apparently,improve the activity of SOD；can ameliorate ultrastructure of intestinal mucosa,provedthat lipid peroxidation response provocated by oxygen-derived free radidicals,immune abnormality is the important episode mechanism of chronic ulcerative colitis,reveal that the part mechanism of the drug granules of Jia-wei-qing-bo's treatment to the animal model of chronic ulcerative colitis could be precluding oxygen-derived free radidicals of constitution,restraining lipid peroxidation response of constituti,increasing the activity of SOD in constitution,ameliorating the reaction of immunity abnormity.
