The late study of tumor has being in the stage of clarifying it's mechanisms, and locating expedient, available diagnosis and molecular biological therapy. Gastrointestinal tumor is one of the most frequent tumor, and number one among all tumors in China. It has great danger, and it is difficulty to diagnose and cure. This study has investigated the relativity of heat shock protein (Hsp7O) between gastric cancer and large intestinal cancer by using the techniques of immunohistochemistry, hybridization in situ and protein-isolating. In order to locate the role of Hsp7O in gastric cancer and large intestinal cancer, and look for the available way of diagnosis and the target of therapyI.The Expression and Role of Hsp7O in Gastric Cancer andlarge Intestinal CancerThe group of gastric cancer: 63 case of sample that had total clinic data and were diagnosed perfectly was used throughout our study, all of them there were 28 case with the symptom of lymph node metastasis and 35 without. We also selected 18 case of gastric mucomembrance, 24 case of chronic gastritis, 20 case of gastratrophiawith intestinalization, 15 case of dysplasia in the study. The results showed that the rate of Hsp7O's expression in gastric cancer was 58.73%, the positive granule was in plasma. The rate of expression of gastric mucomembrance, chronic gastritis, gastratrophia with intestinalization and dysplasia was apart 11.1%, 20.8%, 40% and 46.7%, there was significantly difference among them (p0.05). There were no significant difference among Dukes A, B, C and D (p>O.OS).The study testified that Hsp7O played a important role in the course of tumor by using the techniques of immunohistochemistry, hybridization in situ.
