Coupling Mechanism Of Ecological Flow And Value Flow In Agricutural Ecological-economic System

Based upon the basic characteristics of agricultural ecological economic system, used the theories of discipline forward position which consists of ecology, agricultural ecology, industry ecology, system science, recycling economy and sustainable agriculture, and took over the ways of document analysis, comparison analysis, combined with demonstration analysis, the paper took sufficient argumentation on the necessity of carrying on the coupling mechanism of the ecological flow and value flow of agricultural ecological economic system. Based upon that, relative basic research and progression both at home and abroad were compiled to make sure the reliability, creativity and theoretical instructiveness of this study. It thoroughly analyzed the structure and function of agricultural ecological economic system, revealed the immanent reasons which restrict the coupling of ecological flow and value flow, the basic operation rule, and the contradiction of current agricultural ecological economic system. Explored the coupling mechanism around the characteristics of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural ecological economic system. At the same time, analyzed the coupling way in arid region and mechanism in western China according to the coupling mechanism of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural ecological economic system, submitted the strategic measures to ensure the coupling of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural ecological economic system. The results are as follows:(1) Ecological flow ( include material flow, energy flow, information flow) and value flow are the four key factors of agricultural ecological economic system, it is the key contents to make up of the structure and function of it. The significant characteristics of it is that the ecological flow discharge is big with wide range and sensitive seasonal regulations and the value added by manufacture. The direction and flow discharge of value flow directly affect the natural re-produce process of agricultural ecology system, and the value chain formed in the process of value chain coupling with the food chain, with infinity and uncertainty in direction of energy flow.(2) The coupling mechanism of ecological flow and value flow is a multiple adjust and control system. It is based upon the feedback mechanism and resource allocation mechanism, to determine the coupling status of ecological flow and value flow, adjust the direction of ecological flow of agricultural ecological economy system, rely on the industry guiding mechanism, price, finance and technique adjust and control mechanism, to adjust the ecological flow direction of agricultural ecological economic system, quickly flow and accumulate to the region where value flow concentrated.(3) The characteristics of ecological flow of arid agricultural ecological economic system give prominence expressions in: it gives priority to herbal food chain, the elemental form of the food chain is'crop produce—man'and'crop produce—livestock and poultry—man', and the chain is relatively short, with the feature of dual access in energy flow, similar as natural ecosystem; but it's value flow discharge is small, with poor flow channel and low efficiency, easy to be broken off, hard to be extended. To make sure that the coupling system of ecological flow and value flow of arid agricultural ecological economic system steady enough, ecological water consumption must be assured firstly, and water resource-saved technical system must be established to control ecological environmental deterioration based upon a moderate exploitation of water resource, to widen ecological threshold of the system, to make it with higher activation and buffer capacity as an entity in a changing natural environment, to decrease the accumulation of free energy in the ecological flow and value flow system, to form the optimal coupled mode.(4) Aimed at the ecological constraint in western region and the astriction of social economic condition, relied upon the base of resource gift, it turned into the only way to establish a moderate resource exploiting strategy, to construct resource-saved, further sophisticate soil degradation manage technique system, re-enforcing development eco-economic integration industry system, for the coupling of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural eco-economy in western China.(5) To make sure the coupling of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural eco-economic system, the basic theory of agricultural eco-economic system should be used as guide, aimed at'to improve the producing function and economic performances of agricultural system', and'rational utilization of eco-resources and improving eco-system', take'economy, cleaning, safe, high efficiency'as enter-point, according to the coupling mechanism of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural eco-economic system, by means of institution, organization, management and technique innovation, to establish perfect agro-economy management system, optimize harmonized development policy system of agricultural eco-economy, strengthen agricultural laws and regulations, carry out regional development program, promote agricultural producing techniques, processing, circulation and serving skills, strengthen agricultural organization, scale-producing support, foster international market system, and high quality proprietor, to promote the harmonized development of agricultural eco-system and economic system, to get the unification of economic, social and ecological efficiency, to realize the sustainable development of agriculture.Based upon the former research, the breakthrough of this paper are as follows: complemented the defect of energy theory in lack of the direction theoretically; according to the agricultural eco-economy theory, established the concept system of ecology vector, analyzed the coupling mechanism of ecological flow and value flow of agricultural eco-economic system with vector features, which supply a theoretical reference for good circle and vicious circle of agricultural eco-economic system. At the same time , it established magnetic nuclei-guiding mechanism theory of value flow, analyzed the basic rule of agricultural eco-system and agrucultural econimic system by magnetic nuclei characters, reasonably interpretted the phenomenon of energy liberation and value flow flows to the high piont.The regret for this papper is that the theoretical interpretation, still need to be deeply approached in the persist research in the future in quantity features, biological characateristics and so on. But the above-mentioned results still have significant referrence value in instructing a scientific decision making in agricultural producing.
