The resource of scenic forest, an important part of forest resource, is more richer in meaning of concept, and more complex in the process of management than ordinary resource of forest, so, how to manage extant scenic resource scientifically, how to either demonstrate unique aesthetic value or promote the ecologic benefit, it has become the highlights and difficulties and need to be taken into account by managers.The Badaling Great Wall is the world-famous monuments, in a sense, Badaling Great Wall is the epitome of Chinese culture, landscape in Badaling Great Wall is a window for China's forestry development, and how to better manage the operation of the Great Wall at Badaling in the scenic forest, then increase cultural connotation and improve the quality of forest landscape on the protection of cultural heritage, it becomes very important.Based on construction and management of scenic forest in Badaling sect of the Great Wall, some new techniques are applied, including the combination of modern information technology, computer technology, 3S technologies and spatial data analysis technology. On the basis of the help of PDA technology, scanning vector technology and modern remote sensing technology for the acquisition of Scenic Forest Digital information. Using GIS spatial analysis functions, with DEM, the Badaling Great Wall Scenic Forest is analyzed systematically, objectively and evaluated quantitatively, furthermore management measures and operating model is obtained based on a new digital division of spot-class scenic forestry. The scenic forest management platform is found based on ARCGIS data management platform, initially the Badaling Great Wall scenic forest resources of the digital management process is carried out so as to provide an effective way for scientific analysis, assessment and management of existing scenic forest resources. In this study, there are a large number of innovative achievements including the classification of forest landscapes, digital analysis and evaluation of the theory and methods, it as follows specifically:1.Scientific classification of scenic forest is reasonable operating premise in this study. A new method of classification is brought out in accordance with different operational objectives and main functions on the subspecies, it is divided into four types, namely: famous historic and cultural sites and revolutionary base forest, geomantic and ecological landscape forest around cities and towns. against the special forest landscape, Badaling Great Wall is divided into five sub-type, namely: protection forest, tourist forest, open forest, international friendship forest, the Great Wall cemetery forest. This functional and operating method can take valid measures for specific management. 2.The digital landscape standards is established in line with the other ones of state and other industry, which lays a good foundation for the next management of digital work.3.Based on Arcgis platform, a complete digital Badaling scenic forest management platform is designed and exploited with good run, which will bring out practical value and broad outlook in the field of application, and it will afford us useful references and lessons for the digital management of scenic forest.4.Combining the techniques of 3-D ken analysis and superposition analysis for the management of scenic forest, the objective and quantitative data are obtained, which will support the scientific management of scenic forest.5.Combining GIS horizon of three-dimensional space technology with space overlay analysis, there are 2741 scenic to form statistically 119 kinds of scenic types. The objective, quantitative analysis provides a strong support for scientific operation, classified management and highly intensive operations in Great Wall scenery.6.The overall evaluable indexes are gave for quantitative evaluation of scenic forest, which make the evaluation much objective and scientific and provide accurate basis for scientific decisions.7.Based on the results of quantitative space analysis, the scenic spot is reclassified scientifically, and scientific model of management is put forward according to the characteristic of analysis results, which provides a new and scientific approach for reasonable management. |
