In this paper, the annual growth pattern and anatomy structure on seedlings of Robinia Pseudoacacia, platycladus orientalis Franco., Acer mono Maxim., Pinus armandi Franch., Cotinus Coggyia (Royal purple) were studied , the growth and drought- resistance of the seedlings treated by plant growth regulator composed of different hormone, hormone proportion, concentration on drought condition were also studied. The best plant growth regulator, hormone proportion, concentration were selected depend on physiological and biochemical parameter and anatomy structure of the treated seedlings.The difference of drought-resistance for one-year-old Robinia Pseudoacacia seedlings treated by different plant growth regulators, different hormone proportions and different concentrations was significant. The sequences of drought-resistance for four mixed plant growth regulator was IBA+NAA+PP333>IBA+NAA+6-BA>IBA+NAA+CCC>IBA+ NAA+LaNO3, for four kind hormone proportions was 0.5:0.5:3 >0.5:0.5:2 >0.5:0.5:4> 0.5:0.5:1, and for four kind concentrations was 150mg/l>100mg/l>50mg/l>0mg/1.From the experiment on two-year-old seedlings, there was significant difference among the seedlings treated by different plant growth regulators, different concentrations. The drought-resistance capacity for seedlings treated by IBA+NAA+PP333 was the highest and for seedlings treated by IBA+PP333, NAA+PP333, PP333 was the higher. The seedlings treated by concentration of 500mg/l had the lowest height growth, treated by 300mg/l had higher drought-resistance and more biomass, but treated by pure water had the lowest drought-resistance.According to the experiment on seedlings treated by plant retardant, there were significant differences among plant growth regulators. The best plant growth regulator to increase seedling drought-resistance was PP333+6-BA, 6-BA was better for Acer mono Maxim, and Cotinus Coggyia (Royal purple).
