Studies For Genetic Resources & Construction For Web Database On Wild Animals In Artiodactyla And Perissodactyla In The West Of China

In order to meet national requirements for conserving and researching biodiversity and realize construction goals on sharing flatform for genetic resources of wild artiodactyla and perissodactyla animals in the West of China at home and abroad, by analyzing existing data and investigating on the spot, genetic resources of wild artiodactyla and perissodactyla animals in the West of China and Web database were specially researched at three aspects as follows.1. Study for Genetic Resources of Wild Artiodactyla and Perissodactyla Animals in the West of ChinaBy system analysis on existing data and investigation on the spot, it was focused on the data for confused, absent and vacant in the field of list, classification on species and subspecies, endangered category, population dynamic, distribution, estimation on endangered trend, construction for endangered animal model, pattern for conserving and utilizing and resolution on protected level of genetic resources of wild artiodactyla and perissodactyla animals in the West of China were specially researched. The results indicated:As far as wild artiodactyla and Perissodactyla animals in the West of China were concerned, there were 2 orders, 7 families, 7subfamilies,27 genus,46 species and 83 subspecies, thereinto, as for special species, there were 1 order, 5 families, 4 subfamilies, 8 genus, 9 species and 9 subspecies. as for semi-special species, there were 2 orders, 4 families, 4 subfamilies, 7 genus, 9 species and 19 subspecies. 46 species and 83 subspecies wild artiodactyla and perissodactyla in the West of China accounted for 90.20% and 86.46% of that across country whose the wildlife was 51 species and 96 subspecies respectively. Wild artiodactyla and perissodactyla animals in our country mainly distributed in the West of China, whose fauna and distributing type were complicated. The diversity of genetic resources was very rich.There were 2 orders, 7 families, 7 subfamilies, 28 genus, 40 species and 6 subspecies of wild artiodactyla and perissodactyla animals in China Species Red List, thereinto, there were 2 orders, 5 families, 4 subfamilies, 9 genus, 9 species of special species, there were 1 order, 3 families, 3 subfamilies, 7 genus, 9 species and 4 subspecies of semi-special species. There were 1 order, 1 families, 1 subfamily, 1 genus, 1 species in RE. There were 1 family, 1 subfamily, 1 genus, 1 species in EW, thereinto, there were 1 order, 1 family, 1 subfamily, 1 genus, 1 species of semi-special species.
