The research was divided into two aspects on the basis of the lesser study about resistant Trichoderma spp. firstly, nine Trichoderma spp. were screened from the dirt of pesticide enterprise disposal station. The biological mensuration indicated that Trichoderma spp. has a high resistance to chemical fungicide. Their biological characteristics, resistance stability and genetic characteristics were also definituded. Secondly, we did some research on the new fermentation processes and new preparation process of resistant Trichoderma spp. THY7 and tested the united effect of chemical fungicide cooperating with Trichoderma spp. The specific findings are as follows:1 The screening and the biology researching of biological resistance of resistant Trichoderma spp.1.1 The screening of resistant Trichoderma spp.Nine Trichoderma spp. were screening from the dirt of pesticide enterprise disposal station by flat dilution. Serial number:THY1~THY9. Six Trichoderma spp. were screening from the soil of Shandong Agricultural University garden. Serial number: TAU1~TAU6.1.2 The testing of resistance level of Trichoderma spp. to common fungicideThe toxicity of twelve common fungicides was tested by the improved method of growth speed and sporeing in vitor together with potted test. The results indicate that nine Trichoderma spp. have high resistance for carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, diethofencarb, thiram, triadimefon, mancozeb, procymidone, metalaxyl, cymoxanil, propamocarb etc. The EC50 of thiophanate-methyl, diethofencarb, metalaxyl, cymoxanil, propamocarb, streptomycin is more than 4000mg/L for the nine Trichoderma spp. The nine Trichoderma spp. grew well in normal dose. The researching of high resistant Trichoderma spp. of screening from special environment was unique in home and abroad.The test indicates that six wild Trichoderma spp. have a better resistance to metalaxyl, propamocarb, cymoxanil.
