Research On Traffic Resource Arrangement In The Basic Of Humanity Utility Theory

China's economy has been accomplished the fast growth for more over 20 years by the market economic system reform, but market economic theory can not be used to solve the following incongruous problem of social development. On the basis of the thoughts coming back of humanity economic, this text puts forward a new humanity economics theory --humanity utility theory, which has given the new intension to the humanity originally economic thought from the objective law of the civilization process of human society. On the basis of humanity utility theory, this text has analyzed the mechanism of the humanity utility of resource and traffic resource, announces various attribute that traffic resources play to social and economic development especially, explores how to make the traffic resource's efficient arrangement to realize the maximization of humanity utility in the whole society, and embody the traffic resource's positive role in the new period of constructing the harmonious social development strategy.This text divides for six major chapters. Chapter one is the introduction part, which is introducing the research's background, purpose and meaning, and the main content and frame structure; Chapter two is humanity utility theory's basic research, which is the theoretical foundation, including the background, concept and content of the humanity utility theory; Chapter three is studying the relation between resource distribution and humanity utility of the wealth, which is a transition chapter, including the overall concept , disposition way of resources and the relation between resource distribution and humanity utility of the wealth; Chapter four is studying the humanity utility of traffic resources, which is the key content in this text, including the definition of traffic resource intension, traffic attribute research of resource, the humanity utility research of traffic resource (including the macro and micro humanity utility), and the humanity utility of traffic resources arrangement; Chapter five is the positive research of traffic resources and humanity utility's relation, which is a mathematics positive research part, including traffic resource macroscopical humanity utility based on input and output, and traffic resource micro humanity utility's analyzing on the basis of real example to measure economic analysis; Chapter six is the case analysis of traffic resource humanity utility arrangement, which is the case positive research part.
