With the development of milk-industry and stock-raising in china, requirement of feedwill be greatly increased. Milk factory should be constructed near city because milk-product isnot easy to be reserved for long. Thus it can reduce time of transport circulation and strengthenmarket competition of product and the resident drink fresh milk. However, our country grassfields mainly centralize on west and north region. Forage will be transported all over thecountry as main manufacture materials of feed.Forage is loose and puffy. Density of loose-heap which is small generally is only20~40kg/m~3.It make transportation capacity of transit equipment not used enough and transitcapacity is set aside, transit less-ton phenomena is serious and transit cost causes greatly costpressure. Forage compaction bundling is transported which effectively releases transit cost andis carried conveniently. Forage's compressive range is large. Low-density press-bundlegenerally about five times, however, high-density press-bundle is generally about ten times andeven higher. Forage press-bundle accords with silage technology. This paper develops haybaler under the underground. Lectotype is optimized and expectable benefit is analyzed byadopting dynamical layout methods. Target value submatrix method is put forward to requestlayout problem of 0—1 integer and reduce account.This paper mainly progresses overall design and simulation of hay baler by adoptingMATLAB/Simulink, especially the main mechanism of press-bundle machine. Forage transfermechanism is analyzed by kinematics to ensure relation between forage transfer mechanismand constringent mechanism. Movement equation and movement precision equation areestablished, compression mechanism adopts SimMechanics simulation, it optimizes hay baler'sdesign and advanced design is introduced into to agriculture-forest machine's design.Part-bundle designed by this paper is springing ejection system of deflector rod linkagecomposed of levers. A pair of levers of perpendicularity of each other in the space whichtouches eject utensil under touching of springing control pin with synchronous movement ofcompression mechanism is mainly adopted and will rip compartmentation-board intocompression-room. Orientation mechanism of plate-spring and ball bearing which of structureis simple and is convenient to manipulate and cost is low and security or reliability is high areset to ensure eject utensil is not sprung compressive piston of backhaul but is sprungcompression forward and make falling board's time abundant and not bumping board or bale.This paper also studies compression theory on agriculture fiber materials, it puts forward anew compression theory model by referring rheology theory and compression in singledirection and compression in multi direction based on experiment of press-bundle machine designed by myself. Based on theoretic model in the paper, mechanism of each stage duringcompression is analyzed, some phenomena on compression course are explained and foragecompression theory on agriculture fiber materials is enriched.
