Based on 3D modeling technique, vibration experiment, vibration theory analysis, FEA and fuzzy random theories, these following aspects of dynamical design of PEWA90120 out moving jaw uniform pendulum crusher new model have been studied.1. The 3D models of PEWA90120 crusher have been developed using Solid Edge part and assembly modeling environment, preparatory model-amendments have been completed according to interference analyses.2. The abundance vibration experimental data of the crusher have been obtained. Experimentally, the vibration data of the crusher have been analyzed. The lowest 6 natural frequencies of the eccentricity shaft group and the lowest 4 natural frequencies of the whole machine have been obtained.3. Dynamic models of the eccentricity shaft group and the whole machine have been established. Theoretically, modal analyses of the eccentricity shaft group and the whole machine have been completed. The transfer matrix modal analysis has been applied in vibration analysis of the eccentricity shaft group, and the principle of modal synthesis has been applied in vibration analysis of the whole machine. Based on vibration theoretical analyses, the lowest 6 natural frequencies and principal mode shapes of the eccentricity shaft group have been obtained, the lowest 4 natural frequen-cies and principal mode shapes of the whole machine have been obtained, too. Further more, the comparison between the experimental and theoretical vibra-tion analysis results has been analyzed. The results have shown that the theoretical calculation matched the case of experimental analysis results.4. Based on the kinematic and dynamic theories, the functions of kinema-tics and dynamics of the crusher four-bar linkages have been established. The analyses of dynamics and mass equilibrium have been completed. Crushing force, relative data of forces of the four-bar linkages and the counter-mass of the flywheel have been calculated. Theoretical data have been provided for installation of the main shaft, the main bearing seat, the elbow plate and the elbow plate seat, for the dynamic optimum structure of flywheel, and for the dynamic mass equilibrium.5. Using visualNastran finite element analysis(FEA), based on the crusher 3D models and dynamical analysis results, FEA of the main parts of the crusher have gone through. As the results, the part strain force cloud pictures, the distortion cloud pictures and the digit tables have been obtained. According to these achievements, all of these main part 3D models have been modified and re-analyses have been completed. The ultimate design scheme of the moving jaw teeth plate seat, the eccentricity shaft, the adjustable shaft, the eccentricity shaft tube have been concluded. Theoretical data and modern analysis method have been provided for the crusher part design.6. For the first time, probability distribution function of crushing force of teeth plate group and membership function of teeth plate crushing force distribution have been established. New theory discussion for crusher force analysis has been developed. When applying loads on teeth plate, fuzzy random force has been loaded, FEA and re-analysis of teeth plate have been completed. The research results have shown that fuzzy random load method could reflect the true status of teeth plate force.
