The tactics collaboration with command and control unites is the process in which command and control subsystems work together for a common goal. The collaborative process is a course of collaborative decision-making. So collaboration is a research field of decision. With the application of network technology, the collaborative effect is more import than before. Collaborative implementing conditions are created by sharing information produced network technology. As a result, there is an advanced and outstanding productions, the Collaboration Engagement Capability (CEC) System have been developed by U.S. in the world.This topic is researched traditionally from some aspects such as collaboration objects, collaboration structure, collaboration command, collaboration goal, collaboration methods. Mostly, the research methods and of this topic is qualitative. And the research on factors of collaborative effect is extended to collaboration rules, commander's cognizance, decision time, communication method, and information quality. How to adopt effective methods to analyze these factors that affect collaborative effect is the front line of military affair decision nowadays. This research on effective methods is main content in this dissertation.Tactic command and control subsystem (TCCS) is the study object in this dissertation. NSFC project The Methods of Examining Subject's Consistency and Optimizing in Collaboration Decision Design and SSFC project Research on Information War Theory Based operation Design Engineering are partial principle foundation in this dissertation. And project Research on some collaborative effect Based on Data Chain and project Research on some Methods of Analyzing the Effect upon Naval Vessels'Formation combating capability are sustentation in this dissertation. As a result, factors of collaborative effect and relations among these factors are analyzed according to other research production. The effect of Collaboration rules, commander's cognizance, decision time, communication methods and information quality on collaborative effect is researched according as network technology, the method of going forward one by one based on Bayes hypothesis testing, and the method of information entropy based on knowledge.The main work in this dissertation is as follows.First, the situation of research on this topic is analyzed. As a result, the shortcoming of other research is pointed out.Second, the model and mechanism of tactic collaboration of TCCS is researched, and tactic collaboration of TCCS is classified. The difference between collaboration and normal decision is researched. Factors of collaborative effect are analyzed, and the structure of this dissertation is presented Third, the structure and compartmentalization of TCCS is researched. The conception of cluster is applied in the course of compartmentalizing knots of decision. And the method of compartmentalizing knots of decision, which is the support of structure in research on collaboration, based on cluster knowledge information entropy is brought out.Forth, the method of analyzing and building model of collaborative effect based on Bayes hypothesis testing is studied. The method's background is estimation of object's environment. Collaboration rules, communication means and the effect of commander's cognizance on collaborative effect are studied based on collaboration goal, collaboration means, and collaboration command process. The decision model based on Bayes hypothesis is constructed and the model is computed.Fifth, the model of collaborative effect based on netted knowledge and the method of computing the model are studied. From aspects of collaboration object, collaboration means and collaboration command, the collaborative effect of indeterminacy of collaboration time which comes from command's knowledge and information quality which comes from CCS gaining information and transacting information is studied based on analyzing network's key information.Sixth, the collaborative effect is proved by comparing command and control unites'cluster knowledge entropy which comes from simulation in the case of this dissertation. How collaborative effect varies with commands'knowledge, decision time and information quality on collaboration is proved.The innovative studied in this dissertation is as following:First, in the condition of information sharing, the conception of operation unites cluster is introduced based on research on structure of TCCS. The cluster is compartmentalized by clustering which is basis knowledge information entropy in term of traditional military principles of decision knots hierarchical structure.Second, the method of going forward one by one which is used to describe distributed collaborative effect is present. This method can be used to solve these problems which come from traditional method's constraint condition scattering, communication losing and computing difficult in the multi-knots distributed information structure. And then, this method's object is minimizing the decision lose of operation decision unite. As a result, the decision model based on Bayes hypothesis testing is constructed in this method. And this method can be used to optimizing collaborative effect and commands'collaboration command. Collaborative effects are improved by increasing the chances of completing mission which are come of decision quality and decision time.Third, from aspects of collaboration object, collaboration means and collaboration command, the model of information entropy based on networked cluster knowledge is brought forward. The object function of this model is maximizing collaboration network knowledge. Conclusively, the collaborative effect of indeterminacy of collaboration time which comes from command's knowledge and information quality which comes from CCS gaining information and transacting information is studied...
