Industrial ecology is a new interdisciplinary course, and it is practiced by researches for construction and development about ecological industry, ecological industry parks and circular economy. Industrial parks work as medium where industries centralize in, and it can actually boost the whole area, which is the active aspect, whereas, it can also bring about severe problems of environment and resources. Therefore, applying methodology of industrial ecology to remold the existing industrial parks will promote activity of old parks and also balance the development between parks and environment. Basing on review of documents relating industrial clean production, industrial ecology, ecological industrial park and circular economy, this paper discusses theory and methods for ecological construction of industrial parks, and also takes the Longmen eco-industrial park in Hancheng city as an example to analyze ecological construction of industrial parks. Main conclusions of this paper are listed as follow: (1) By analyzing research degree, contains, methods and trends of industrial ecology, ecological industry, ecological industry park and circular economy in all, this paper points out that converting industrial parks to eco-industrial parks is unavoidable trend, and a necessary approach to carry out sustainable development for industry is to deepen researches of theories, methods and practice for ecological industry, ecological industry park and circular economy.(2) Taking necessity of remolding industrial parks and characters of parks as standpoint, this paper discusses basic theories and concepts which contain theories of ecology, industrial ecology, landscape ecology and clean production, and also draws up methods to remold industrial parks, which includes integration of material, energy, water and technology, and information and infrastructure sharing.(3) This paper rises a system structure for ecological construction of industrial parks which includes inside enterprises interconnection, among enterprises interconnection, park and area interconnection, information interconnection and policy guarantee, and also puts forward construction methods containing promotion of clean production in enterprises, ecological interlink-age among industries, construction of environmental protection infrastructure, landscape ecology, information system and policy for park management.(4) This paper puts forward screening methods to select suitable enterprises to carry out clean production which bases on the assessment standard of clean production and grey relational analysis method; sets up metabolized index like the ratio of recycle and reuse, raw material productivity and ratio of waste discharge based on material-energy metabolism; clarifies methods for constructing ecological link and net inside of the park and making scenarios for industrial development, which mainly concludes identifying major pollutants; seeking and demonstrating methods to reuse and recycle wastes, optimizing the ecological link and net, and assessing the effect of ecological linkage; poses concepts for improving environment of park and constructing environmental protection infrastructure based on environmental capacity analysis; puts foreword principles and requirements for landscape ecology according to theory of landscape ecology.(5) In a case studying, because abundant metabolites is a basic character of this park, so key issue to remold the park to eco-industrial park is comprehensive utilization of wastes; analyzing the level of clean production for different industries, this paper puts forward a plan to prompt clean production; on the basis of waste utilization, this paper draws up interlinking model and plan for industrial development in the whole park which includes links among plans of metallurgy, power, coal chemistry and building materials; makes out methods to control emission of air pollutants on the foundation of calculating atmospheric environmental capacity; and also draws up plans to construct sewage and solid wastes treatment plants, and concepts for building landscape ecological.
