Study On The Process Engineering Of Cement-concrete Material

Material, and energy, information and biology technology are regarded as the most significant poles to the modern civilization, and material technology is the base of other technologies. Some great inventions always emerge at the breakthrough of material technology. Based on performances, the present material study which focuses on the great consumption of resource & energy, and the severe environment pollution cannot meet the demand of sustainable development of economy. For material research, environmental aspect is a new direction but it doesn't point out the specific method in the field of appraisal. The concept of material process engineering is presented in this paper in order to add the thought of holism to the principle of the current material developing--reductionism, as a result, the optimization and conformity will be realized through the combination of the two methods.The skeleton of the process engineering and the content of the process engineering in the field of cement concrete material are systematically studied by theoretical analysis. Based on the research, the integrative design of concrete and cement raw-meal is exemplified, and the practicability and the effect of process engineering in the field of material research are testified by experimental method.The concept of cement-concrete material process engineering is presented in this paper, and the macro-process, sub-process, unit process and halt point are theoretically studied from the following points: resource flow, energy flow and information flow, and the systematic method of material study is formed. After the life cycle appraisal of original and abandoned material from the aspect of resource, energy and information, the whole process can be optimized and integrated. As a result, low consumption of energy, light pollution to environment, and conservation of resource can be realized. As a typical example of material technology, cement concrete material is appraised and analyzed in detail including halt point, unit process, sub-process and system process, and the direction of optimization and conformity are put forward in this paper.The realization of inner cycle of cement concrete material is exemplified, and the application of material process engineering in the field of cement concrete material is testified. The new concepts of cement raw-meal component concrete and concrete cement are put forwarded in this article. Through the consideration of cement raw-meal design and concrete design, a whole design method of cement raw-meal component concrete is brought forward, and the abandoned concrete can be fully utilized.
