The auditorium acoustic design is to gain the excellent room acoustics effect.However, architects often finish their designs on experience or feeling in choice of thestyle and materials or constructors on surfaces of the auditorium. And that is not welldone in its design. So, based on the above problems, this thesis reports a study fromthree aspects.First of all, a new solid angle ray-tracing simulation with its three-dimension soundray model is proposed here. It can be more convenient and effective than thetraditional method of ISM and RTM in calculating SPL of the auditorium by analysisand comparison.Secondly, based on the software of Matlab and AutoLISP, an auditorium acousticdesign-aid system is developed. It can calculate the reverberation time, SPL andchoose the materials or constructors on surfaces of the auditorium with differentfrequencies simultaneously. We call this 'parallel computation with frequencies'. Also,it realizes the data transmission from Matlab to AutoCAD and sound ray simulation inthree-dimension visualization.Finally, on the base of the test, this system is applied in the acoustic design plan ofTianjin Youth China-Opera Theater with good effect and proved to be a useful tool forarchitects. So this study and its application system are very valuable in both theoryand practice. |
