With the development of economy and technology, people put forward the newrequirements to the ECG monitoring system. The current remote medical careapplications are faced with time and place limits. In order to solve this problem, wepresent an integrative scheme in the paper. At first, the patient was warded by theportable monitoring terminal for 24 hours. Then the monitoring data were submittedthrough the mobile communication network by the terminal. At last, the doctorsupplied the real-time service to the patient by voice and short messagecommunication. Therefore the paper discussed the design of the mobile terminal, theautomatic ECG analysis system, the monitoring data submission system and themedical care service pattern. The primary coverage and original innovations of thepaper are as follows,1. The paper put forward the concepts of real-time tele-cardio monitoring based onmobile communication network and its medical care service pattern.2. The paper has realized the mobile tele-cardio monitor system that could meet therequirement of the former concepts elementarily. The portable terminal is a noveldesign grounded on the thorough research.3. The paper used Hidden Markov Model (HMM) to segment the ECG wavesbeat-by-beat, and employed cellular structure random gradient method to modelthe specific wave. In addition, one order differentiation wavelet was used in tomodel the ECG complexes in this paper, which effectively decreased the ordernumber of AR model, and reduced the calculation.4. Referring to several criterions, we designed a tele-cardio signal data submissionprotocol in this paper, giving the definition of the data structure, and making rulesof security and link management. What is worth mentioning here is that a hybridencrypting method—combined MD5 and AES is used in the securitymanagement。 What's more, according to the combined integration theory of Consensus, thepaper also provided a suit of scheme for the multileveled abnormal ECG signal wave,which is specially designed for those who are monitored of his or her ECG signal.Referring to the information object model defined by DICOM, the corresponding datastructure is presented in the paper.At present, the trial manufacture and the test of the monitor terminal has beenfinished, which indicated that it could meet the predefined requirements. In addition,the validity of the ECG algorithm has been tested and verified by the standarddatabase.
