| With the automobile technology developing towards digitization and informatation, the requirements on control, communication, and net become more and more complex. The traditional point-to-point data transmission method can't meet this any more, so it's necessary to develop new data transmission method. Basing on the computer net and fieldwork control technology, specially developed for the data transmission in automobile, automobile data bus has been developed. Those data buses apply special data lines to share data between ECUs in automobile. Now there are some data bus standards, among them the most widely used are the CAN bus and the J1850 bus.Because those data buses need special data lines, and the ECUs in automobile have different requirements on data transmission, several data nets are needed in one automobile. This will increase the cost and difficulty to manufacture and maintenance. So in this research a new data transmission method is put forward first, data transmission by power line in automobile. This method can realize data share between ECUs in automobile without increasing wiring.Many principle research and corresponding experiments have been done for this research. The research object is the automobile carrier communication system. The research route is listed in the following:Analyzing the principle of automobile carrier communication, analyzing the mechanic of the producing of electromagnetism interferences in automobile, developing electromagnetism environment detecting system in automobile, detecting and analyzing the electromagnetism environment in automobile, developing the model of automobile carrier communication system, analyzing the communication strategy of automobile carrier communication system, developing the automobile carrier communication system.The researching contents are in the following:(1) Analyzing the principle of automobile carrier communication and the possible implement way, and analyzing all the problems that are needed to solve for realizing automobile carrier communication.(2) Analyzing the producing mechanic, behaving form and the possible damages to the automobile carrier system of electromagnetism interferences in automobile.(3) Developing electromagnetism environment detecting system in automobile.This system includes the automobile electromagnetism environment simulating workbench and the detecting sub-system. All the parts used for this workbench are the real parts for the Santana Automobile. And the detecting sub-system is built basing on the virtual instrument software VEE.(4) Developing the special signal coupler for the automobile carrier communication system.(5) Detecting the interferences in automobile, analyzing the time-domain, frequency-domain characters of those interferences, and the possible damages to the future automobile carrier communication system.(6) Analyzing the automobile carrier system, putting forwards the principle model for this system. Analyzing each parts of this system, putting forward the transfer function model of the signal coupler, the model of system background noise, and analyzing the time-domain, frequency-domain characters of the pulse interferences. And analyzing the frequency selective, attenuation characters of the channel, and the strategy of the automobile carrier communication system.(7) Analyzing the automobile carrier communication system from the communication point, including signal coding, decoding, modulating and demodulating and the receiver strategy.(8) Developing an automobile communication system. And this system is used to control the automobile lighting system successfully.In one words, based on principle research and many simulation and practical experiments, this research realizes the power line carrier communication in automobile. It provides a new information transmission method for automobile. |
