As we all known, the ballistic trajectory is a pilotless missile, which loads rocket engine and control system, these will drop the missile to the target along its ballistic. One of its distinct character is inertial control and guide missile, which will calculate its ballistic trajectory when the launching point and target point had been fixed, and control system will ascertain it before the missile is launched. Therefore, in order to hit the target precisely, launching coordinates must be originally orientation, which will influence on hitting precision of missile crosswise direction. The paper keens on missile azimuth aiming system, in particular, the measurement method of the precision on aiming system of the underwater to surface missile on the sea.In order to evaluate aiming error of missile on the warship or on the submarine, including the error of warship position, the error of reference azimuth and the error of transfer measurement given by the navigation system, and try to divided them from the general error, it is highly important that we estimate and evaluate missile system of mobile bedding launching.At first, we studied the aiming system of static bedding launching, because the aiming system of mobile bedding launching is based on it. Including commenting general situation of ballistic trajectory missile aiming, discussing principle and system program of aiming system of static bedding launching, analyzing the overseas mode of missile aiming, summarizing domestic several typical missile aiming systems.The method of exterior measuring shore beacon has been put forward by using evaluation precision of original azimuth of missile aiming on the background of test for the precision of missile aiming "xx" underwater to surface missile on the sea, established math model and analyzed main parameters of measurement, principle, calibration and azimuth calculating for method of exterior measuring shore beacon was discussed. This method applied to the measurement of precision of original azimuth of underwater to surface missile, through measuring exterior information using optical measurement device, measuring accurate position of shore beacon,calculating error of missile aiming system.During the evaluation method for the precision of missile aiming on the sea, setting up test structure system, confirming demand coordinate, putting up installation and calibration to test frame of missile silo, In the course of navigating, it was analyzed and calculated the direction error that brought by the incorrectness of the position of longitude and latitude.Method of exterior measuring shore beacon is put forward by using evaluation precision of original azimuth of missile aiming, mathematic model of aiming measurement error and data processing method. Method of processing loss data is used interpolation, abnormal data was passed test. Unstable random process was passed test to time list error. Aiming error was confirmed on unstable random process. Therefore, the method that unstable random process turned stationary random process was put forward. Quasi-error data were made and aiming errors were visible modified base on stationary random process. Using method of variable difference, random error was parted from general error. Finally, all part error was synthesized.The test of "xx" underwater to surface missile aiming precision was tested on the sea. Under the circumstance there was no reference information about domestic and overseas, the test of the underwater to surface missile aiming precision for the first time was finished on the mobile bedding launching, and filled up field of aiming spacing in our country. The test indicated that total precision of missile aiming system and analysis error of drop into target provided the foundation.
