This Paper covers many Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) levels that mainly focus on particularities of CDM projects in renewable energy field. It systematically takes further study on subjects from methodology study of domestic household methane utility to application problem of the newest consolidated methodology for biomass utilization, and from development of the pre-phase used assessment tool to establishment of standard system for the sustainable development of CDM projects in renewable energy field. Based on these analysis, the author points out his innovative understanding and ways.It firstly systematically analyzes the present implementation situation of CDM projects in China and thoroughly introduces the corresponding national policies, management mechanisms and laws and regulations about opening of CDM projects. Meanwhile, it takes Guangdong Province as the example to analyze the development potential of CDM projects in our country, and contrastively analyzes the development advantages and shortcomings of CDM projects between China and Annex 1 countries, and then finds out the obstacles and difficulties in developing CDM projects in China, which result with a pointed discuss on the measures to solve the problems above.Next, it chooses the widely opening biogas digester projects in renewable energy field in China as the subject and explores the problems about developing methodologies of this kind of projects. As these projects get characteristics of dispersed and difficult in reduction measurement, at present there is no appropriate methodology applied to develop these projects. Based on the detailed analysis of process technology of biogas projects and economic and environmental benefit, it offers baseline methodologies for these projects, and constructively discusses the measurement approaches, and then provides a method to design measurement approaches.Then, aims at the complexity of consolidated methodology ACM0006 for biomass utilization and takes the typical 25MW Large-scale Biomass Residue Combustion Generation Project as example this Paper systematically discusses the main problem that ACM0006 applied in large-scale biomass residue generation projects. It takes detailed analysis and statement of methodology applicability, addition and baseline determination to reduction calculation of project, and financial and technological obstacles of project, and etc., solves the specific application problem of this methodology in China biomass field, and offers a practical case for development of large-scale biomass generation projects in China.At length, aims at eligible CDM projects and especially eligible CDM projects in renewable energy field, this article analyzes systematically effect of development of CDM projects in renewable energy field in China on environment; contribution to sustainable development of China and contribution to global emission reduce of greenhouse gases and other characters by discussing some commonness among CDM projects in renewable energy field. Based on this analysis, a quantifiable standard evaluation method is provided to dissect diagnostic difference of CDM projects in different types of renewable energy fields, thus to reveal the inner rules and properties of these projects, which can be provided as a theoretical basis for decision on massively opening CDM projects of renewable energy in China.
