The PP-R pipe is a new developing construction material in the word used broadly because of it's excellent capabilities, such as enduring high pressure function and enduring high-low temperature function, in some area, such as supplying the water, has exceeded the aluminum-resin compound pipe. The PP-R resin is the main raw material for producing the PP-R pipes, has a good heat capabilities for it's soften point is 131.5℃ and the maximal working temperature is 95℃,can surfity supplying water in general condition fully. Because of it's hot expansion coefficient is higher than 1.5×10-4, the capabilities of PP-R resin must be modified for satisfing require in some special condition when the temperature of supplying matters higher than 100℃,such as supplying the hot water and hot gas in the winter in the north china. Other more, the anti-bacterium of PP-R resin also can't satisfy the need of the people.The nanometer particals is a kind of new type powders with some fantasticfunctions. It's crystal structure and surface electronic tructure much different to general material because it is too small. Therefore, the nanometer particals and PP-R resin combined together, can strengthen not only the resin capabilities effectively, such as the intensity and toughness, but also the anti-bacterium, In order to satisfied the needs of supplying matters which temperature exceed 100℃, it's necessary to reseach improving the capabilities of PP-R resin, especially the mechanics capabilities, heat capabilities and...
