GuDao XinTan oil field which characterized by shallow burial depth,poor consolidation,severe sand production. In main body element, conventional sand control technology could not satisfied the demand for shallow burial depth, low formation pressure,low formation temperature. Recently, inorganic composite sand control experiment research was in rapid progress,the characteristics of inorganic composite is low initial consolidation temperature, wide adjustable size range,which is preferred material for chemical sand control in low temperature reservoir. The author has researched the composition of low temperature sand consolidation agent and optimized the formula, researched the effect of temperature,environmental media,size range to sand consolidation performance, researched pore distributions and wetting property of consolidation core. On the basis of above research, we think that this sand control material typed by uniform core pore, good permeability, high strength, have some aging and corrosion resistance ability, would be adapt to sand control in the reservoir which temperature between 40-100℃.
