Based on the investigation of the metabolism characterization of 10-hydroxy-camptothecin (HCPT) and camptothecin (CPT) during the course of the germination of Camptotheca acuminata seeds, This thesis mainly studied a complete high-efficiency industrial technology on the natural HCPT and CPT in Camptotheca acuminata seedlings obtained from the biotransformation way,its specific innovational technology includes: fresh homogenate technology ,the negative pressure quick percolation filter technology, the negative pressure cavitation suspension solid-liquid extraction, the negative pressure cavitation suspension liquid-liquid extraction and the preparative plate chromatography. This research in the first time realized the target that a technology can high efficiency produce HCPT and CPT with high added value product. At the same time, it achieved the industrialization of natural HCPT extraction, with yield and purity 0.1 % and 80% respectively, CPT with yield reaching 0.4%,higher than the 0.3%o world level and its purity reaching 99%,higher than the 98% standing for the international highest level. The research had broken the primitive conceptional frame which the material was not permitted to the next processing until passing through roast preprocessing, broken and innovated the original extraction-purification theory, proposed and designed to make a whole set of the extracting and purifying technology and equipment on the basis of bubble theory, offered a new raw material of natural plant medicine extraction, at last established the technical theoretical foundation for bud biology.
