At present, Eulaliopsis Binata pulping is processed using routine chemical pulping technique. But the main problem is high cost and energy consumption with little gain rate and serious environment pollution. So biological pulping technique which is energy saving, high efficient and less pollution is the best approach to solve this problem. After studies on Eulaliopsis Binata biological pulping mechanism and application in the factory by means of non-cellulose decomposing bacteria, the results showed:1 Eulaliopsis Binata non-cellulose decomposing series bacteria T85-260 (include the CXZJ95-198 used in the factory), when under optimum conditions, in the course of Eulaliopsis Binata fermenting, secreted many kinds of enzymes to decompose semi-cellulose to get the products such as mannose and xylose etc. but no glucose was found, and then they are used by the bacteria, but rhamnose was left in the fermenting liquid, thus Eulaliopsis Binata cellulose was attached to keratinization epidermis after being separated from lignin and semi-cellulose etc., then it can be treated by diluted alkaline solution to obtain the biological pulp.2 The working procedure of the Eulaliopsis Binata biological pulping technique using non-cellulose decomposing bacteria as the core include "Eulaliopsis Binata raw material-cutting-loading-inoculating-fermenting-exuviating-beating-screening-washing-grinding-boarding-finished board". The main technique parameter were:(l) the temperature for bacteria activation and enlarging was 34+3 for 7h+0.5h; (2) soaking inoculating period was 10min-15min; (3)fermenting temperature was for less or equal to 8h; (4) at exuviating, the ratio of fermented grass to liquid was less or equal to 1:2.5 and equal to 4%+0.5% NaOH was used, steam pressure and time less or equal to 0.015MPa and 2h respectively.3 Compared with the routine chemical pulping technique, this technique had the characteristic of energy saving, high gain rate and less pollution, (l)assistant material decreased54.55%;(2)energy saved 33. 80%;(3)gain rate increased 5%;(4)comprehensive waste water was 100 m3 /1, noise decreased 28.57%, waste decreased 41.67%, the concentration of SS CODcr and BOD, were 694mg/U 1181mg/l and 317mg/l respectively, so it can directly treated by bio-oxidation...
