| Safety production which matters about the lifes of the employees and the development of enterprises is an important guarantee for the society to develop. With the rapid development of our country's productivity, people's value about life has changed, and safety production has gradually been attached highly importance and broad attention by enterprises, the people, government and the society. As the carrier of safety production, enterprises have stood out at the front line of safety management. More and more enterprises have realized that without the guarantee of employees'life safety, it's hard for enterprises to maintain normal operation, let alone the stability and development of enterprises.Although the government and the enterprises have gradually recognized the importance of safety issues, and made the safety production status become stable and better through various efforts, the situation of our country's safety production is still very serious. The outstanding problems are as follows, lacking full understanding of safety issues' systemic features, lacking necessary understanding of safety system's evolution, ignoring normal management of safety system, attaching importance to imperative measures but ignoring the relieving measures, and lacking clear understanding of safety system's self-organization law.As a complex system composed of multi-agents, safety support system is an important guarantee platform for enterprises to achieve safety production. Based on safety science theory, under the guidance of systematic theory, on the basis of many research literatures home and abroad, the complex system framework of safety support system is proposed and its evolution mechanism is studied. The main research contents and results of this dissertation are as follows:I Based on safety science theory, under the guidance of systematic theory, the concept of safety support system is proposed and the entire system is analyzed. Such a point of view is put forward that the safety support system includes four subsystems, and they are organization member system, material technique system, humanity environmental system and social environmental system. On this basis, a conceptual model, a behavior effect model and a utility model of the safety support system's framework is built.II Safety support system is studied under the perspective of complex system. Its ten characteristics of complex system as scale, openness, structural levels, diversity, nonlinearity, emergence, non-reversibility, self-organization, adaptability and uncertainty are analyzed one bye one. The four complex adaptive system(CAS) characteristics and the three CAS mechanisms of safety support system are analyzed as well.III The whole safety support system is abstracted as a complex system which composed of seven meta-agents, and the main properties and their evolution rules of these meta-agents are analyzed.IV The evolution model of safety support system is constructed. The evolution of safety support system is an alternant process that from the equilibrium to a status that far from the equilibrium, and then back to the status of equilibrium. There are three mechanisms playing an important role during the evolution, which are adaptive learning mechanism, mutation mechanism and emergence mechanism, and a detailed analysis of these three mechanisms combined with actual situation of the safety support system is made.V Based on accident tendency, accident causation and accident prevention theory, and guided by complex adaptive system theory, the evolution and development model of safety support system is built, and nine variables in this model are taken into account: (1)the safety awareness level of operator; (2)the cognitive ability level of operator; (3)the operating ability level of operator; (4)the safety awareness level of manager; (5)the safety management performance of manager; (6)the safety level of equipment; (7)the development level of safety technic; (8)the effectiveness of regulations; (9)the development level of safety culture. The evolution model is simulated. Through the simulation research of safety support system's evolution trends, such a point of view is proposed that the construction of safety support system is a long-term process. During this process, enterprises should fully consider the'safety short column effect', and should treat the construction of safety support system in a long-term, orderly and balanced attitude.There are 85 figures and 32 tables in this dissertation, and 225 references are refered to. |
