According to the work plan,research contents come down to many fields,such as plasma theory,experiments,numerical calculation and data collecting and so on.Thiat is about more details.(1)RF impedance matching while exciting plasma column,theory, measure of plasma density distribution.(2)theory of plasma column's dispertion relation and calculation of plasma column's antenna parameters.(3)simulation and calculation of EM wave and plasma.We can build plasma column physical model from research contents,and have some valuable results.(1) Caculating the ionization impedance in different exciting RF frequece,and impedance matching.(2) By analyzing the dielectric coefficient of the tube material, the outer and inner radius, the density of the plasma and the collision frequency, we showed that to minimize the decreasing the attenuation of the wave propagation along the plasma antenna.(3) Plasma density is calculated based on transmission line,and radiation pattern of plasma antenna in theory are well closed to experiment data.(4) Based on the theory of transmission lines, uses numerical simulation of plasma consistency axis by considering plasma traits. We have formulae of radiation pattern,gain ,radiation impedance and so on. The calculated radiation pattern matches experimental results quite well.(5) A new wave-plasma interaction mode is set up considering the electron thermal motion, complex, diffusion effect. It verifies the modulations of signal in different frequencies and explains the production of the second and high order harmonious wave in plasma excitation. The variation of the EM wave pedigree is analyzed taking into account the parameters such as input power, ionization field threshold, electron average energy. The result is of great use to tune up the matching circuit or select coupling element in plasma discharge and it is helpful in electric magnetic interface design, plasma antenna transmission etc.(6) In data collecting ,we carry out automatization and remote control these machines. Instruments drivers of many companies have been progamed by using LabView,such as VNA,SA and so on.
