The finish of human genome sequencing has led to remarkable chang in the estimate of the total number of genes, which ranges from 120,000 to 35,000, indicating that the correct number of genes remains a controversial issue. This issue brought a challenge to explain the relationship between the complexity and the gene number in species(Mattick JS, 2001). The identification of many noncoding RNA genes recently has provided partial answers to the above question, but an unassailable fact is that RNA mediated regulation have greatly enriched the gene regulation network and makes more output of information from the same number genes. A gene can work not only as a protein as the classic understanding, but as RNA elsewhere, a good example was the FGF-2 and FGF-AS (Li AW et al,1997).More and more evidences had shown the widespread of RNA mediated regulation in higher organisms (Mattick JS, 2004) . In fact, when compared with protein, RNA has advantages in many aspects, such as the recognition and interaction between RNA and RNA or DNA is more accurate and special, the synthesis and catabolism are more rapid. All of these advantages make RNA a more ideal regulator than protein for exact and rapid regulation during some processes such as cell differentiation and embryo development. The RNA mediated regulation involves many mechanisms, and the dsRNA-depend mechanism is the most common and important fashion. The identification of NSATs, which are endogenous dsRNAs, is very important to systematical comprehension of the RNA mediated gene regulation. Considered the widespread of the RNA mediated regulation in biological events, it seemed that...
