Addition of aluminum nano-powder to propylene oxide, the presented times of products, the instensty of spectrum and chemical dynamics of propylene oxide is studies in the incident shock waves in this paper. The study of the catalytic mechanism of aluminum nano-powder on propylene oxide has a wide martial, science forground, and also great significance in safety engineering research and martial appliciation. The corresponding research mainly includes the deterimation of presented times of some important products, simulation of thenndynamics and shock wave characteristics. The main work contains the following sections.Solving problems of the synchronicatin of the measuring system, the presented times of the products of propylene oxide were attained by the monochromator, intensified CCD (ICCD) at the same time. It enables us neglecting and reduction of difference from the photomultiplier, and makes good reproducibility.The propylene oxide explosion features were studied under the normal incident shock waves in explosion shock tube. The presentdd times of some products, such as H, O, AlO, CO, CO2 and CH2O, were determined in the decomposition of propylene oxide. The reaction mechanism was studied with those data.
