Solid quasi-fluid state, which is similar to liquid and exists in surface and interior of solid, is one new kind of state besides gas, liquid and solid state. In this paper, motion rules of quasi-fluid region were studied by microscope, TEM, SEM, AFM and so on, and it was found that these rules have similar motion rules of earthquake by contrasting with macroscopic earthquake. The following are main results: The quasi-fluid regions and motion of them were found in the surface of Cu-Zn-Al alloy, No. 45 steel, fusible alloy and so on by microscope, TEM, SEM, AFM. The dimensions of quasi-fluid regions were from several to several decades microns, and they have many motion fashions. It was confirmed that quasi-fluid regions also exists in interior of solid by x-ray diffraction, thermal dilatometer, differential dilatometer. When electric field and magnetic field was forced on Cu-Zn-Al alloy and No. 45 steel, motion of quasi-fluid regions was observed, and this showed that electric field and magnetic field would influence the quasi-fluid regions, and they exchange substances and energy with surroundings. The displacement and deformation of quasi-fluid regions were measured through digital speckle gradient method, and the results showed that the different points of quasi-fluid regions have strong correlation, and the motions of quasi-fluid regions are integral and coherent each other. The generation mechanics of quasi-fluid region was explained from nonlinear point of view by taking advantage of Lotka-Volterra mode. The analogy was drown between microcosmic motion of solid quasi-fluid and macroscopic seismic motion, and it was found that they have many similarities and common rules in organize structure, connection with crack, influences that come from surroundings and expression formations. The generation mechanics was studied by combination model, IPE model, solidification model, phase transformation model and so on, and these methods are new ways to study quasi-fluid phenomenon. Because fractal of quasi-fluid and earthquake are coherence, the earthquake motion of Xinjiang and Sichuan were forecasted by taking advantage of time series of quasi-fluid region, finding that the predict effect was better time span of one year. According distinctions of quasi-fluid appeared after reciprocity of KCL and water, the rock burst and seismogenic mechanics were studied well.
