This paper studies the ground motion of a semi-cylindrical hill above multiple subsurface cavities; multiple semi-cylindrical hills above a subsurface cavity; multiple semi-cylindrical hills above multiple subsurface cavities while impacted by SH waves. The methods of complex function and moving coordinate system as well as simple models are used here. At first the model is divided into two parts, a standing wave function which satisfies the condition of stress free at the wedges is constructed in one part, a scattering wave function which satisfied the condition of stress free at the horizontal surface is constructed in another part. And then moving coordinate system is used to transform the solving problem into a "conjunction" problem. Finally, the solution of the problem can be reduced to a series of algebraic equations and solved numerically by truncating the finite terms of infinite algebraic equations. Numerical examples are provided to show the effects of SH waves on hills while material parameter, wave number, geometrical parameter is different. The variation of displacement amplitude and DSCF(Dynamics Stress Concentration Factor) caused by these parameters are discussed finally.
