China is one of the worst country who is suffering the marine disasters. The lost caused by marine disaster is more than other disasters except for the flood and sand storm. The lost caused by marine disaster in 2002 is thirty time than the lost in 1980. And the speed of it is faster than the rising of the marine economic, which has been the severe factor limit the development of marine resource and the marine economic. Avoiding and reducing the lost of marine disaster is relating the safe of the politics and economic as well as the life and environment of people living in the coast zone. Regionalization research of marine geohazards is one of the important aspect of research of marine disaster. According to the marine geological hazards' distributed regulation in time and space, the geological hazards stability is plotted. And this can provided the scientific basis for developing marine resources, dividing marine function, construction of marine engineering and establishing the marine developing stratagem. So this research has great scientific meaning and application value. There are abundant oil and gas resources in China East Sea, so this area has great amplitude development future. It's development has important relationship with the construction of energy sources in east China and sustaining development. But marine hazards in east china sea is very severe, many geological hazards factors have destroyed the seabed stability and had great harm to design of marine project. So the regionalization research of marine geological hazards has great scientific meaning and application value for establishing countermeasure of defending and reducing disaster. In this thesis, the mechanism of 20 kinds of marine geological hazard factors' inducing disaster are analysed, sorting methods are summarized, and a new sorting system is provided which aim to the regionalization evaluation of marine geological hazards stability. According to the new sorting system, marine geological hazard factors are sorted by action mode and existing location. Aiming at the status of marine geological hazards survey in our country, an index system is established in term of the evaluation index's systematism, objectivity and operating capability, which suit to the regionalization quantitative evaluation of marine geological hazards in our courtry. In this index system, terrain grade, rough degree, crashing degree, carrying capacity, stratum ununiformity and seism intensity are selected as quantitative evaluation indexes. In this thesis, the environment and developing character of marine geological hazard factors and distribution regulation are systematically analysed and expounded. And the data came from our country's special survey---"The geological hazard survey and evaluation in the continent shelf and nearby marine space ", and all of survey information of East China Sea in recent 10 years. These two indexes--terrain grade and rough degree are picked-up by the DEM(1km x 1km) in East China Sea which founded by the all-overlayed multibeam water depth data and 1'x1' gravity terrain data. These two maps--"The seism intensity map in East China Sea and nearby marine space" and "The surface sediment distribution map in Yellow and East China Sea" are digitalized. The seism intensity database and carring capacity attribute database are founded respectively. At the same time, the vector map was grided to 10km x 10km grid data. And based on above work, selecting terrain grade, rough degree, seism intensity and surface sediment carry capacity as evaluation index, and 10km x 10km grid as evaluation unit, using comprehensive evaluate principle of fuzzy mathematics and arrangement analysis method, founding evaluation model of fuzzy mathematics, the geological hazard zone stability was quantitatively evaluated.
