Mining activities made mine stratum structure weaker. The investigation indicates that mining underground structures are damaged seriously by nature earthquake and mining induce earthquake. The works of studying on earthquake response of mining damaged stratum, will have great help to making the dynamic damage mechanism of underground structures clear, and then to find the methods to improve the dynamic stability of underground structures. The paper studied earthquake response of mining stratum and mining underground structures. The main study contents are as follows:1,The current advance of seismic wave travelled law in the rock medium are reviewed, and the research results of seismic wave attenuation and propagation velocity in rock are summarized.2,The ANSYS program is developed by ADPL, and made ANSYS program could be use to simulate the seismic wave propagation which based on the visco-elasticisy artificial boundary and corresponding wave-motion input method. The precision and stability of visco-elasticisy artificial boundary is proved by ANSYS program.3,According to the theory of seismic wave propagation law in layered stratum, a computer program is developed to analysis the effects of soften interlayer to site earthquake response.4,In the paper, the earthquake response of outcopping faults and shallow faults are simulated by numerical methods, and earthquake response of faults with different attitude are compared and analyzed.5,The elastic-plasticity numerical analysis of a tunnel model which subjected to earthquake waves loads is done to study the tunnel surrounding rock's dynamic stress state. And, the paper discussed the relationships between the frequency of earthquake wave and the dynamic response of the tunnel surrounding rock with different mechanics characteristics, as well as the relationships between the tunnel surrounding rock's dynamic response and the depth of tunnel.6,The floor rock stratum—coal pillar—roof rock stratum structure is simplified to a "dumbbell" model, the propagation law of seismic wave in the model is analyzed.7,According to the rock stratum structure styles of roof, several stope models is established to numerical simulated the earthquake response of roof rock stratum, and the dynamic stability of roof is discussed.
