In this paper, various High-Resolution Image Reconstruction methods use to overcome the serious influence on astronomical image caused by atmospheric turbulence were discussed with some new viewpoints. The characteristics of space-field and spectrum-field of astronomical image were studied, several new models and new methods were brought forward. Some real astronomical results with high SNR that reconstructed by these new methods were given.In the introduction, the history and background of Astronomical High-Resolution Image Reconstruction techniques were briefly introduced at first, some well-known methods were described then. The traditional model of astronomical-telescope synthetic system and a new mathematical model use to explain speckle image were given in chapter 1 ,we also try to show the importance of statistics in this chapter. In chapter 2, four typical Astronomical High-Resolution Image Reconstruction methods which modified by us were detailed introduced, include: "Speckle Interferometry", "Speckle Masking", "Shift-and-Add", "Building Block". The main contents of chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the spatial characteristics of speckle image. In these chapters, a new region in speckle image was named as "A Region with the Greatest Diffraction-Limited Information of Object". It is a new concept of space-field. Then, a new model of High-Resolution Spatial Reconstruction was put forward with the guide of this new concept, the PSF of this model and two new High-Resolution Spatial Reconstruction methods-ISA and DSA were also given. The real astronomical results with high SNR that reconstructed by these new methods were showed at the end of chapter 4. The last chapter is chapter 5, some puzzled problems of image reconstruction such as "The Magnified Phenomena of High Frequency Noise " and "Correlation Failure" were described and explained. Followed this, a modified method of ISA called FISA was designed to reconstruct the extended astronomical object.At the last of this paper, the feasibility and the probable methods use to detect the image quality of telescope that based on High-Resolution Image Reconstruction Techniques were discussed.
