The characteristic of landscape spectrum is the basic of application of remote sensing,and play an important role on quantitative analysis of remote sensing.However,on spectrum-based application of remote sensing,because the differ of measuring scale and instrument resolution,yield the serious error in spectral curve and reflectance to the same landscape,and have difficulty in quantitative retrieval of special information extraction of remote sensing.So, it is necessary to study the scale effect and scale method on the spectrum at different measuring scale.In this paper,we take the delta oasis of Weigan and Kuqa rivers which are located in the North of Tarim Basin as study area,and choose vegetation and soil as study object, Field measured endmember was measured by using with ASD FieldSpec? HandHeld radiometer of CID company.Firstly, the interpolation methods in spectrum interpolation are intrduced.Then compares and analyzes the impact of various interpolation methord in order to choose the best interpolation methord to interpolate the spectrum of AVNIR-2 into field measured endmember spectrum, consequently,obtain the best interpolation methord to interpolate the spectrum of AVNIR-2.The paper also researched and analyzed the problems on spectrum scale transformation from the different angle of spectrum simulation.Firstly,describe the imaging simulation principles of the optics image,and proposed A method using ured endmember spectrum with higher spectrum resolutions to simulate spectrum of Multi-spectrum images with lower spectrum resolution. At first, we accomplish the simulation from field measured endmember to multi-spectrum by using the spectral response function of AVNIR-2,and found the large correlation between simulated multi-spectrum and pixel spectrum of AVNIR-2 by using the statistical analyse.Finally,we set up the linear model to accomplish the quantitative transformation from edmember scale to pixel scale.The result of this study has the realistic meaning on the quantitative application of remote sensing,make the two kind of spectrum scale date can compare and analyse under a unified standard, provide a scientific basis to improve the utilization rate of spectrum date.
