A new concept, virtual particle is presented, and a new mechanics, virtual particle mechanics is established on two postulates. It is proved that this new mechanics is equivalent to quantum mechanics. Being a new way of making the transition from classical to quantum mechanics, virtual particle mechanics provides a clearer picture about the motion of micro-particles and gives a newer and more easily understandable interpretation of quantum mechanics than traditional quantum mechanics. Relativistic virtual particle mechanics is established on the basis of virtual particle mechanics. It is proved that relativistic virtual particle mechanics is equivalent to Klein- Gordon equation. Relativistic virtual particle mechanics is a new equivalent theory of relativistic quantum mechanics. An analytic formula for the tunneling of a particle through n one-dimensional rectangular potential barriers is obtained; Put forward some new methods for calculating the transmission coefficient, e.g. rectangular-potential-barrier approximation and linear- potential-barrier approximation; The effects of structure on electron resonant tunneling in multi-quantum-well system is studied; Other two new numerical algorithms are presented on the basis of the highly accurate Numerov-algorithm; A new algorithm for calculating the transmission coefficient of the parabolic-quantum-well or multi-parabolic-quantum- well is presented according to the characteristic of the parabolic-quantum-well; the current-Voltage characteristics of the double-quantum-well system is numerically simulated.
