Electronic medical record systems are computerized medical record systems used to preserve,manage,transmit and reproduce patients’ medical records.Electronic medical records provide patients,physicians and researchers with complete and accurate historical diagnostic information.However,with the development of information technology,the problem of "silo" of electronic medical record information has become more and more prominent,and the single-point medical record storage mode is vulnerable to malicious attacks by hackers,which makes hospitals unable to guarantee the authenticity of patients’ electronic medical record data.How to provide the authenticity credentials of electronic medical records and realize the credible scheduling of electronic medical records among hospitals is still a problem to be solved.In this thesis,we propose an inter-hospital electronic medical record inter-visit deposition model based on consortium blockchain,IPFS distributed file system and cryptography technology to solve the problems of authenticity,mutual trust and privacy of electronic medical records during inter-hospital electronic medical record inter-visit.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)To address the problem of how hospitals can provide authenticity deposit of patients’ electronic medical records,this thesis designs an authenticity credential of electronic medical records using cryptography technology to ensure the authenticity and untampered data of patients’ electronic medical records;(2)To address the problem of how to trust each other for the authenticity credentials of electronic medical records among hospitals,this thesis uses blockchain and IPFS to build a consortium blockchain for electronic medical record storage.It reduces the storage pressure of the consortium blockchain while sharing electronic medical record credential files credibly;(3)To address the privacy of inter-hospital electronic medical records inter-access and the problem that the traditional public key system may suffer damage with the development of quantum computing technology.In this thesis,based on the electronic medical record deposition consortium blockchain,an electronic medical record request and response sub-consortium blockchain is designed using the idea that some of the consortium nodes can form a sub-consortium blockchain to isolate the inter-hospital electronic medical record scheduling business;In the transmission of medical record data,this thesis negotiates the session key through lattice cipher and uses hash algorithm to anchor the request and response processing on the blockchain with the data transmission under the blockchain,so as to resist the data security problem brought by quantum computing while ensuring the authenticity of the data;(4)This thesis verifies the effectiveness of the above scheme through experimental simulation,and designs and implements a consortium blockchain-based inter-hospital electronic medical records inter-visit deposition system,which ensures the credible scheduling of inter-hospital electronic medical records.
