At present,most medical institutions have introduced electronic medical records.These data are exclusively and centrally stored by the corresponding institutions,and patients have no control or ownership of the data.The advantages of this model are simple architecture and convenient data update;but its shortcomings are also obvious-weak data tamper resistance,serious data security problems,and chaotic permission management.Therefore,it is difficult to achieve safe information sharing.Based on the above reasons,with the knowledge of blockchain and cryptography,using their anonymity,non-tampering,difficult to crack and other characteristics,a safe medical data sharing scheme based on blockchain has been developed.First of all,considering the performance of the blockchain,the hash value of the medical record data is stored on the blockchain,and the non-tamperable feature of the blockchain is used to provide a certificate storage function for the electronic medical record to prevent malicious tampering.According to the actual department category,users are assigned different smart contracts on the blockchain.Each contract only manages the data of the corresponding department,realizes the data classification storage and management,and refines the granularity of data management and sharing.Finally,a low-invasive medical data sharing research program is designed around blockchain and encryption technology.In view of the difficulty in banning the current medical records management system in hospitals,the limitations of some blockchain-based medical records sharing research at this stage and the lack of storage performance of blockchains are factors.In data access,use hypertext transfer protocol or remote procedure call to provide an access interface for third parties to implement plug-in services.In data desensitization,multi-pattern matching algorithm is used to desensitize data.In data storage,the hospital’s original storage system is used to reduce system pressure.Use smart contracts to provide users with data access and access strategy management;use different encryption technologies to design access strategies and provide security based on different scenarios and different granularities.Improve the blockchain consensus algorithm and add an incentive mechanism to improve node management and node enthusiasm.Through the above design,you can access major hospital systems at low cost,and use the original storage system of the hospital to avoid the storage pressure caused by massive data.At the same time,it also provides a more flexible and fine-grained access control solution to realize the control of medical record data to patients.
