Electronic medical records refer to digital information such as text,charts,graphics,and images generated by medical personnel using the information system of medical institutions.It is used to record patient condition information and treatment process,and has important use value for doctors and patients.With the development of information technology,the country is vigorously promoting electronic medical record data sharing.Some provinces and cities have begun to build related sharing systems.However,most of the existing systems are managed in a centralized manner.Once the central organization is attacked,it is easy to cause the leakage of medical record data.As well as data being tampered with,it is difficult to ensure the security of electronic medical record data.As an emerging technology,the nature of the distributed ledger of the blockchain can be applied to the field of data sharing,and it has the characteristics of anti-tampering and traceability.It can avoid problems such as accidental deletion and tampering of data,and fully meet the current electronic medical record data sharing Demand.This article comprehensively uses blockchain-related technologies to study the sharing method of electronic medical records based on blockchain,protect data privacy on the basis of sharing,and provide reference for future practical applications.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A method for sharing electronic medical records with a double-chain structure is proposed.Electronic medical record data sharing helps doctors trace the patient’s historical treatment records and provide references for current diagnosis based on historical conditions.However,it is difficult for patients to share historical medical records between different hospitals and is prone to risk of information leakage during the sharing process.Safe sharing,using blockchain as a sharing platform,to address the limited performance of single chains in existing methods,build an architecture that combines alliance chains and private chains.Private chains are built within hospitals,and alliance chains are built between hospitals to connect patients The original medical record data is stored in the Inter-Planetary File System(IPFS),and then the IPFS address is stored on the private chain.The alliance chain forwards the private chain request,which can reduce the storage pressure of the main chain and improve parallel efficiency.An identity-based access control method is built in the contract to ensure that only specific groups access data,and combined with revocable proxy re-encryption for flexible access control to further protect patient privacy.Experiments and analysis show that this scheme can realize the safe sharing of electronic medical records,and has advantages in parallel efficiency and safety compared with other schemes.(2)A medical image sharing scheme based on blockchain is proposed.Medical images are an important basis for doctors in the diagnosis process.Image sharing helps doctors retrieve medical images similar to the cases to be diagnosed,and assist doctors in treatment through confirmed medical records.At present,medical image sharing uses a centralized cloud service method to store and manage data.Aiming at the problems of vulnerability,single point of failure,and poor scalability of the centralized structure,a blockchain-based medical image sharing solution has been constructed.Use the deep hash method to extract image features and store them on the chain,combine the histogram reversible steganography technology to steganography information to the original image,the carrier image is stored in IPFS,similar image data retrieval is realized through smart contracts,and the Shapley value is calculated Build a reward mechanism and improve the DPo S consensus algorithm in conjunction with the reward mechanism.Experiments and analysis show that the proposed sharing scheme can effectively realize image sharing,upload and search time are within a reasonable range,the reward mechanism can effectively promote the enthusiasm of nodes to participate,and the improved consensus algorithm can quickly eliminate malicious nodes and improve consensus efficiency.(3)Constructed a blockchain-based electronic medical record sharing prototype system.Set up the Ethereum environment as the underlying blockchain platform,IPFS as the shared storage tool,My SQL as the local storage database,Spring Boot as the java background development framework,combined with smart contracts to realize the registration of users of the electronic medical record system,the medical record data on the chain and search,Similar image retrieval and other functions,the front-end interface is displayed in the form of HTML web pages,and the system functions are tested.The results show that the system can realize the relevant functions and meet the expected requirements.
