Occupational health supervision is an important part of health work,which is related to the health rights and interests of many front-line workers.Manufacturing industry plays a vital role in China’s economy.It provides a strong impetus for the country’s industrial development and is an important force for the country to realize modernization.With the proposal and implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,the state has paid more attention to occupational health work,and the public’s awareness of occupational health has gradually increased.This paper takes the government supervision of manufacturing occupational health in Beibei District as the research object,and on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research status,through questionnaires,field interviews and other ways to understand the current situation of the government supervision of manufacturing occupational health in Beibei District,and finds that there are problems in the government supervision of manufacturing occupational health in Beibei District,such as imperfect information sharing mechanism,weak supervision and law enforcement,and insufficient technical support capacity related to supervision.Combining the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of government management,in-depth analysis has found that the main reasons for these problems are the imperfect regulatory responsibility system,the single regulatory method,the poor coordination of regulatory parties,and the lack of regulatory power.Combined with the actual situation of Beibei District,this paper puts forward measures to optimize the government supervision of occupational health in manufacturing industry in Beibei District: optimize the regulatory responsibility system,improve the regulatory methods,strengthen multi-party collaborative supervision,and strengthen the construction of regulatory teams. |
