ObjectiveTo Study status of newly recruited production line of born after 1990 on the psychological resilience, psychological,stress and mental health; analysis of demographic data(sex, age, whether the one-child, monthly income, working life and family resides),the effects of psychological resilience,psychological pressure and mental health to the new production line employees of born after 1990; To explore the relationship among psychological resilience,psychological pressure and mental health of newly recruited production line workers who were born after 1990; By understanding the impact of mental health’s factors of new line staff who were born after 1990 to promote mental health of line workers, providing the basis for early intervention, early prevention measures.MethodsBy the method of cluster sampling,production line workers who were born after 1990 and employed one week ago were selected from three m anufacturing factories in Shenzhen. The Chinese Connor-Davidson Resilien ce(CD-RISC), Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and Genera Health Q uestionnaire(GHQ) were used to assess their psychological resilience,psyc hological pressure and mental health. The statistically analysis were used by SPSS17.0,including descriptive analysis, independent Student’s t test,one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Results1. In the gender,except the score of tough total of pressure,,tension, total of mental health,self-affirmation,and melancholy have statistically sig nificant(P<0.05),others have no statistically significant(P>0.05).2. The different age of line staff has difference in the scores of out of control(P<0.05),others have no statistically significance(P>0.05).3. In additon to self-reliance,total of pressure and out of control,other s have no statistically significance(P>0.05) in the different monthly income.4. The dimensions of resilience,presure and mental health have no st atistically significance(P>0.05) of the production of workers In Whether the terms of the one-child, working lifetime and the family resides.5. Significantly positive correlation between resilience and mental healt h(r=0.874,P<0.01); between the resilience and stress are negative.(r=-0.632,P<0.01)and a negative correlation between pressure and mental health(r=-0.608,P<0.01)are negative.6. Resilience is a incomplete intermediary variable of the psychologic al pressure and psychological health.Conclusions1. In the demographic, gender, age and monthly income are effect on psychological resilience,psychological pressure and mental health.2. There is a linear relationship between psychological resilience,psych ological stress and mental health of of New production line Workers Born after 1990.3. The partial prediction effect of stress to mental health is realized th rough psychological resilience—the intermediary variable.
