Observation On The Efficacy Of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Prescription In Patients With Mild Cognitive Impairment Caused By AIT And Normal Thyroid Functio

Purpose:To study the curative effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Fang(YHHXF)on patients with MCI induced by AIT with normal thyroid function,and to provide objective theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Materialandmethod:In this prospective case study,39 patients with normal thyroid function were treated with Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Fang(Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Fang)before breakfast,after lunch and after dinner,the course of treatment was 8 weeks.By studying the changes of the five items of thyroid function and the score of Mo CA scale before and after treatment,to analyze the correlation between thyroid function,TPOAb,Tg Ab and cognitive function,and to explore the related factors of MCI caused by AIT with normal thyroid function,objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Fang(YHHXF)in treating MCI induced by AIT with normal thyroid function.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 39 cases were collected,of which 1 case was lost because of the isolation of the disease and could not be followed up on time during the treatment period.After 4 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up,it was found that the score of curative effect index after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P & LT;0.05)After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 100%.After treatment,the levels of Tg Ab and TPOAB were significantly lower than those before treatment(P & LT;0.05).No adverse events occurred before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.The treatment of Yiqi Huoxue formula can effectively reduce the antibody of patients with AIT and MCI in the normal stage of thyroid function.2.The treatment of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue could significantly improve the visuospatial and executive ability and delayed recall ability in patients with AIT accompanied by cognitive impairment in normal phase of thyroid function.
