Exploring The Mechanism Of Action Of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue Prescription In The Treatment Of Hypothyroidism Based On Network Pharmacolog

Purpose: Through the bibliometrics to Chinese medicine treatment of hypothyroidism research status of research hotspots and frontiers to show and through the network pharmacology to the treatment of hypothyroidism of the potential mechanism of action for the follow-up study to provide reference.Materials and methods:Part 1: Based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)platform,Chinese literature related to the treatment of hypothyroidism with traditional Chinese medicine was retrieved from January 1,2003 to December 31,2022.CNKI was used to count the number of publications and make statistical charts,and Cite Space6 was used..1.The R6 software performs data processing on Author,Institution,and Keyword respectively and draws relevant knowledge maps,and discusses the co-occurrence view.Part 2: The active ingredients of the recipe were screened out by the platform of TCMSP(http://www.Organchem.csdb.cn/scdb/default.htm)and the potential targets of the active ingredients were predicted by Swiss Target Prediction database.Using Genecards database,Disgenet database and OMIM database to search the related targets of hypothyroidism;Using STRING database(https://string-db.org)to construct the key target of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue recipe for treating hypothyroidism;Enrichment of KEGG pathway and GO function of key targets by Metascape.Results:1.The papers related to the treatment of hypothyroidism with traditional Chinese medicine generally show an increasing trend.From the author’s point of view,the author cooperation network represented by Wei Junping Zuo Xinhe and Ni Qing is large in scale and has a high number of papers;From the perspective of issuing institutions,Guang’anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences ranks first in research results;From the perspective of keyword co-occurrence,the keyword of frequency is spleen and kidney yang deficiency;From keyword clustering,the research hotspots of hypothyroidism mainly focus on the clinical symptoms of research types of therapeutic drugs;From the perspective of keyword mutation,law is the keyword with the greatest emergent intensity.2.The effective components of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue recipe in treating hypothyroidism 46 drug targets 266 heart failure targets 1294 final key targets 2 KEGG pathways The key targets of the recipe are IL-6,IL-10,TNF,AKT1 VEGFA.The key biological pathways include the positive regulation of membrane raft cytokine receptor binding and other pathways,including PI3K-Akt pathway,AGE-RAGE pathway,and so on.The main components of the recipe are quercetin,β-sitosterol,kaempferol and other key targets of the recipe are quercetin,β-sitosterol and kaempferol.Conclusion:1.The research on the treatment of hypothyroidism with traditional Chinese medicine is in a gradual and stable stage.The research categories mainly involve research types,therapeutic drugs and clinical symptoms.At present,the research hotspots in this field are mainly the law of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome types.2.The mechanism of Yiqi Huatan Huoxue recipe in treating hypothyroidism through multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway may be related to quercetin,kaempferol,AKT1PI3K-AKT pathway and so on.
