The Clinical Research Of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang To Treat The Acute Cerebral Watershed Infarction

Objective:By comparing the acute watershed cerebral infarction(cerebral watershed infarction,CWI)experimental group and control group before and after treatment in patients with the change of NIHSS score for degree of neurological impairment,ADL scale score,TCM syndrome score and high-sensitivity c-reactive protein level,to determine the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang.Methods:According to the standard,60 patients with CWI who were hospitalized in the department of encephalopathy of Tai’an City hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2019 to December 2019.All of the CWI patients were admitted to the hospital within 72 hours of onset.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group:Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang+conventional western medicine treatment program,and the control group:conventional western medicine treatment program.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,ADL scale score,and hs-crp level were recorded.Building a database,Then SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.To observe the effects of Yiqi Huaxue Huatan Fang recipe on the NIHSS score of neurological impairment degree,serum hs-crp level,ADL scale score and clinical efficacy in patients with acute watershed cerebral infarction.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,ADL scale score,and hs-crp level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quantitative score of TCM syndrome,NIHSS score of neurological impairment and hs-crp level of the two groups all decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the indexes decreased more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL scale scores of the two groups increased(P<0.05),but the experimental group was only slightly higher than the control group(P>0.05),with no statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang can reduce the patient’s inflammatory response by lowering the level of hs-CRP.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang can reduced the quantitative score of TCM syndromes and the NIHSS score of neurological impairment,That means Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang can reduce neurological deficits in patients;Although Barthel score was increased in both groups after treatment,it was not statistically significant.Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Fang can improve the syndrome of qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction in patients with acute watershed cerebral infarction.
