Objective: This study is mainly to observe the effect of Xiaoyao Powder and Baduanjin in the treatment of insomnia with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,and to contribute some clinical trial data to the treatment of insomnia with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine combined with body-building Qigong,and also hope to rely on this study to promote the traditional Chinese medicine combined with body-building Qigong program in the clinical treatment process,so as to benefit more patientsMethods: The control group was treated with Xiaoyao Powder Modified Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Baduanjin Fitness Qigong;Compare the PSQI score and TCM symptom score between and within the two groups before and after treatment,and use statistical analysis and curative effect to determine the treatment effect.Results: 1.Intra-group comparison: There were significant differences in PSQI scores and various points of TCM symptoms before and after treatment;2.Comparison between groups: PSQI scores of the two groups before and after treatment are significantly different;Among the scores of TCM symptoms,the curative effects of the two groups on "insomnia","dreaminess","irritability","lack of food" and "loose stool" were significantly different between the two groups.There was no significant difference in other symptoms.It suggested that the curative effect of Xiaoyao Powder plus Baduanjin on the above symptoms was better than that of Xiaoyao Powder alone,and the curative effect of the two groups was similar in other aspects.Conclusion:Modified Xiaoyao Powder combined with Baduanjin and modified Xiaoyao Powder alone can improve the sleep symptoms of insomnia patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,reduce PSQI and TCM syndrome scores,and have significant curative effect and high safety.In addition,Xiaoyao Powder combined with Baduanjin can reduce the PSQI score of patients and the therapeutic effect of ’insomnia ’,’ dreaminess ’,’ irritability ’,’ less food ’ and ’ loose stool ’ in TCM symptoms,which is better than that of Xiaoyao Powder alone.
