Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of regulating the liver based on regulating the spleen in the treatment of hyperactive tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver, and to provide a new diagnosis and treatment plan for the clinic.Material and method:In this study,62 children diagnosed as tic disorder with spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to October 2022were selected as the research objects. They were given additional or subtraction of the ?Fu Teng Stopping movement prescription?designed by their tutor,so as to treat the children with syndrome. This prescription is to regulate the spleen and liver as the prescription idea. The clinical effect of regulating the spleen and liver in the treatment of tic disorder with spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver was observed and analyzed.Follow-up was conducted one month after the treatment.Results:1.62 patients were included in this study, and 2 cases fell off due to epidemic causes.Among the 60 subjects,46 cases were male, accounting for 76.7%,and 14 cases were female, accounting for 23.3%.The minimum age of children is 3 years old,the maximum is 14 years old, among which the majority of children are 7-10 years old.2.The results of this study showed that after 3 months of treatment, the clinical effective rate based on YGTSS score was 86.67%(p < 0.05),which was statistically significant, indicating that there was a difference before and after treatment. There were 5 cases of clinical recovery,21 cases of obvious effect,26 cases of effective cases,8 cases of ineffective cases; The clinical effective rate with TCM syndrome score as the criterion was 93.33%(p < 0.05),which was statistically significant, indicating that there was a difference before and after treatment.Among them,2 cases were cured clinically,33 cases were effective,21 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective.3.3.In the course of this study, the results of liver and renal function tests before and after treatment were normal, and no adverse reactions occurred, which proved that the clinical drug safety in this study was good.Conclusion:1.Based on the method of regulating the spleen and the liver, the "Fu Tang Stopping Formula" can significantly improve the type, frequency, intensity, complexity, interference and defect rate of motor twitch and vocal twitch.2.Based on the method of regulating the spleen and the liver,"Fu Tang Stopping Movement Prescription" has obvious effect on the treatment of tic disorders in children with spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver, with no adverse reactions and good safety.
