Objective:Through the observation and evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Qinggan Zhijing Decoction in treating children with transient tic disorder of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity,to confirm the practicability and safety of this prescription and further clinical promotion.Methods:This study included 67 children with transient tic disorder of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.They were 34 cases were divided into experimental group and treated with Qinggan Zhijing Decoction,33 cases in the control group were treated with simple preparations Jiuwei Xifeng granules,both of which were treated for 6 weeks.The changes of YGTSS integral and TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and observe the safety standards and adverse accident of during medication.The difference in efficacy was obtained through statistical analysis.Result:1.Clinical symptom effectCompared before and after treatment,the score of motor twitch,vocal twitch and total score of YGTSS in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the score and total the treatment group is lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference between these two(P>0.05);The effective rate of disease efficacy was91.18% the treatment group is superior to the control group.Comparisons have significant differences(P<0.05)2.TCM syndrome effectCompared with before and after treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total score of TCM in the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of mental fatigue and sallow complexion in the control group(P>0.05);After treatment,there was no significant difference in improving irritability between these two(P>0.05),and the scores of the remaining the indexes in the treatment group are lower than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05);the effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group was 94.12% and 81.81% respectively.There was a big difference between these two(P<0.05).3.Safety evaluationThere was no significant difference in blood routine test,liver and kidney function between these two(P>0.05),No adverse events occurred when taking drugs.Conclusion:1.Qinggan Zhijing Decoction is a tutor’s clinical experience prescription for treating tic disorder.It has a definite effect on treating transient tic disorder of spleen deficiency and hyperactivity of liver.It can effectively improve motor tic,vocal tic and TCM syndromes.2.Qinggan Zhijing Decoction is safe to use without adverse reactions,and is worthy of further research and clinical promotion.
