Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined With Intratympanic Injection Of Glucocorticoids In The Treatment Of Meniere's Diseas

Objective: This study aims to find out whether the efficacy of the use of indoor injection of corticosteroids for Meniere’s disease is superior.Materials and Methods: 60 patients with Meniere’s disease who met the exclusion criteria in the Department of Otolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected into two groups,30 patients in each group: the treatment group and the control group.Control group treatment: 1.The tympanic injection scheme: patient side,the ear up,alcohol disinfection of external ear canal,surface of decaine for injection anesthesia,in the ear endoscope under the periomembrane puncture,slowly injected warm to 37℃ methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection 20mg(40 ㎎/ m L),after injection success the ear up for 30 min,to avoid talking and swallowing action.Once every three days,and five times during the treatment period.Ece omeprazole enteric capsules were taken orally once 20 mg daily,calcium carbonate D3 particles 500 mg three times a day,and the two drugs were used for 14 days.2.vestibular rehabilitation training.On the basis of the treatment plan of the control group,the TCM treatment plan was added to the treatment group: daily formula(ellia10g,Gastrodia elata 15 g,Poria 15 g,tangerine 10 g,Atractylodes 15 g,licorice 10 g,ginger 10 g,jujube 10 g.)First,the decocting bureau of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine followed the standard decocting method of traditional Chinese medicine,and finally took 300 ml of liquid medicine.300 ml of liquid was divided into three daily oral doses for 14 days.At admission,the patient underwent cochleogram test,pure tone listening threshold test,and vertigo disability rating scale,efficacy evaluation,and follow-up for 6 months to determine the prognosis.bear fruit:1.The positive rate was lower after treatment(P <0.05).2.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the hearing,and the improvement effect of the treatment group is more obvious(P <0.05).3.Both the treatment group and the control group improved the subjective vertigo of the patients,and the improvement effect was more significant in the treatment group(P <0.05).4.The prognostic effect in the treatment group was more prominent than that in the control group(P <0.05).conclusion:1.Glucocorticosteroid injection in the bulge to treat Meniere’s disease can improve the subjective vertigo symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of vertigo in patients with Meniere’s disease,and improve their hearing.2.Use indoor injection glucocorticoid combined pinellia ansu gastrodia elata soup and simple use chamber injection glucocorticoid treatment meniere disease,the former observation indicators are significantly better than the latter,so the drum injection glucocorticoid combined pinellia ansu gastrodia elata soup is a better treatment of meniere disease,worth promotion in clinical practice.
